What's new:

- Reworked IR code for better performance with RCU

- Fixed issue with STB when in standby and when streaming is started, so no more kernel panic or crash

- Added patch for SATA bug (mbus turned off now, as user reported with that is working more stable)

- Enhanced SatScan (Blindscan) plugin for better pefrormance
