This software is only compatible with Windows Operating Systems
( 1. ) DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE
You can download the unlocking software by clicking the link above. You will have to pay a small fee to download the software from our server and when you click the link above a window will prompt you to select a country. Depending on what country you selected you will be presented with a choice of payment methods. Choose an option and follow the payment instructions to complete the payment process and a new page will load with a link to download the software from our server.
( 2. ) INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE ON YOUR COMPUTER
The first thing you must do after downloading the software is to unzip the file. There are many utilities on the web which will enable you to do this but Winzip is the most popular and recommended. Once you have unzipped the package you should see three files ( gid.txt, provider.txt and Ultimate.exe ). Make sure you extract these files to a folder on your harddrive. Once that is done simply open Ultimate.exe by double clicking it and you're ready to start unlocking your phone.
( 3. ) GETTING UNLOCKING CODES
Follow these steps to get unlock codes for your phone.
(a.) Open Ultimate.exe
(b.) Select your phone type from the model option select box. Please see below for phone types.
(c.) Enter your IMEI phone serial number in the field provided. The IMEI is your phone's unique serial number and you can find it on the reverse of your phone under the battery or on most phones you can type the following *#06# and your serial number should appear on the screen.
(d.) Next select your current network provider from the options provided.
(e.) Then click the 'Get Codes' button to get the unlock codes for your phone
( 4. ) UNLOCKING YOUR PHONE
Now that you've got your codes all that remains is to unlock your phone. To do so follow these instructions:
(a.) Switch your phone off and remove the SIM card ( very important )
(b.) Turn the phone back on without the SIM card in it and begin to enter the unlock codes you were given. To get the 'p' push your '*' key 3 times, the 'w' is the '*' pushed 4 times.
When you enter the right code the screen will display "SIM restriction off"
When you enter the wrong code the screen will display "Code error"
When you enter the wrong code one too many time the screen will display "Can't undo restriction"
Normally you have up to five chances to enter the correct unlock codes and if you get them all wrong your phone can only be unlocked using a cable and no unlocking codes will work again.
With DCT3 phones there are just two possible codes so entering the right code shouldn't be a problem but DCT4 phones display up to 7 different unlock codes and you have only five chances to choose the right one. In the case of DCT4 phones always try code 7 first then code 1 then code 5 and if none of them work take your pick with your other two chances but usually code 7 or 1 will work.
